Une participation mensuelle est demandée a chaque équipier, pour le logement et la nourriture. Pour un engagement durable, il est bon qu'un équipier ait fait une école de formation de disciples.
Les équipiers de JEM sont tous bénévoles et ne peuvent prétendre à un salaire
ou une rémunération quelconque, en nature ou en espèce.
Chacun est donc responsable de son propre financement et de sa couverture sociale.
Nous encourageons nos équipiers à se faire parrainer par leur proches ou l'église qui les envoie à JEM

Kitchen staff:
 1 or 2 cooks to prepare meals for our students and staff (up to 50 meals/day). Discover French cuisine, but also tastes from all over the world. We’d love to discover specialties from your region.
1 person to be the kitchen manager: plan menu, order the food…
Hospitality:
We need 2 people to share the load of welcoming and hosting our guests, students, and schools. Great place if you like to serve and be creative!
Training:
Wanted: someone capable of teaching French as a foreign language to adults, level beginners to intermediate. Please contact Sybille Thuillard: 
School staff:
DTS and SBS staff: if you want to continue growing after what God did during your school, one of the best thing is to give it to others!
Administration:
Reception:
of course, you’ll need to enjoy welcoming people and speaking on the phone, speaking both French and English would be a great combination!
Bilingual secretary: for all our communication within France and with the world. You’ll be working a lot with emails and computers but we’re also happy to train you.
Accountant:
someone who like numbers and can be very thorough in their work. Since this is quite a technical job, we can train you but you’ll need a good level of French to be equipped to face the legal demands.
Personal office:
respond to inquiries from potential students or staff.
Maintenance:
If you are gifted in that area, construction work, renovation, etc, we’re looking for qualified workers, a supervisor, but also a gardener.
